Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Seeking experienced and dependable LPNs to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting and documenting patient information
• Providing wound care and patient education
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Coordinating care with healthcare team members
• Performing additional duties as needed based on facility requirements
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations
