Esper is a cloud-based productivity suite for Government policymaking. Our collaborative platform helps policymakers seamlessly create and manage policy from a single source of truth. While we’re headquartered in Austin, Texas, this is a remote-friendly position.
Esper is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive this mission forward.
Job Description:
Esper is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our company’s growth and boost our marketing foundation.
The ideal candidate is an expert in enterprise SaaS marketing, has experience working with and managing outside agencies, and is an analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for demand generation and content creation
What you’ll do:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Improve the architecture, design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize messaging, strategy, and processes
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Plan and execute Esper’s conference strategy
- Create written content or collaborate with external writers
- Utilize marketing platforms, including Hubspot, to own and execute engagement campaigns, prospect intelligence, and lead scoring
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with Product Marketing
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in SaaS B2B marketing
- Regtech and/or Government experience a plus, but not required
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with customers, prospects, and internal team members
