About the Role:
The Learner Support & Success Specialist (Contractor) serves as a guide for learners to select, enroll, and complete courses, and provides necessary career readiness support. The contractor helps working learners gain skills, credentials, and confidence to transition into high-demand technical roles, and supports the growth of Unmudl’s Skills-to-Jobs® Marketplace
Core Responsibilities
- Guide learners through skillpath / course selection, enrollment, and completion to ensure job readiness.Conduct intake interviews to assess goals and baseline technical ability; recommend appropriate Unmudl courses.
- Monitor learner progress and proactively re-engage inactive learners.
- Provide coaching on resumes, applications, and interviews using approved templates
- Coordinate voucher and scholarship processes with Finance and Learner Services.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure learner engagement and placement success.
- Maintain accurate learner data in HubSpot; support reporting and analytics.
- Support virtual career events and employer forums highlighting Unmudl-trained talent.
- Ensure compliance with Unmudl policies, DEI commitments, and applicable labor laws.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and submit KPI reports summarizing enrollment, completion, and placement performance.
Key Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to assess learner goals, guide pathway selection, and re-engage inactive learners.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple lists of learners.
- Proficient with technology tools: CRM (Hubspot), LMS, Ticket Management, Google Suite.
- Experience or familiarity with manufacturing, maintenance, or technical trades preferred.
- Mission-driven with the ability to connect learners to life-changing opportunities.
The contractor is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
